Diving in the Bahamas
After Bimini, you fly from Fort Lauderdale or Nassau to the airport on South Bimini and take a short ferry across to North Bimini; Balearia also sails from Fort Lauderdale. From Nassau, the safari ship sets off for the Exuma Cays. There, in the Land and Sea Park, a protected area of the Bahamas National Trust, you are not allowed to fish or collect anything. At Stuart Cove's in Coral Harbour on New Providence, you kneel on the sand in a semi-circle for the turtle dive.
