Diving in Roatán

Roatán is the largest of the Bay Islands off the northern coast of Honduras and has the only international airport in the island chain. According to the base, non-stop flights arrive there from approximately Houston, Atlanta, Miami, and Toronto, and the ferry from the mainland departs twice daily from La Ceiba. Hurricane season runs from June to the end of November, and most rainfall occurs from October to January. You book the dive trip off the south coast through your base.
