Diving in Tubbataha

To Puerto Princesa, you fly via Manila or Cebu, as there are no direct flights to the Philippines from Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. At the airport, most tour operators will pick you up; the port is just a few minutes away. You book the trip with a tour operator; the park management does not provide its own transport out to the port and lists the authorized vessels on its website. Before setting sail, they will explain the park rules to you on board, after which the Coast Guard inspects the vessel.
